Must have a Sales Tax ID / ReSeller Permit / VAT Number
A minimum $100 per order (before discount)
No minimum on quantity
First 2 orders must be shipped to billing address
Must place at least 1 order every 6 months to keep wholesale account active
Not authorized to sell on online marketplaces such as Amazon, EBay and others
Product images are copyrighted and not authorized to copy/duplicate in any way

Where do you ship from?

All orders are shipped from our New York warehouse.

How long does it take to ship my order?

Domestic orders are generally shipped on the same day, or within 1 Business day.

International orders take 1 to 2 Business days to ship.

How much are shipping fees to U.S. Domestics?

Shipping to lower 48 states:

For orders with total value BELOW $1,000.00

  • Standard (3-5 business days) - $14.99
  • Expedited (2-3 business days) - 24.99
  • Express (1-2 business days) - $34.99

For orders with total value OVER $1,000.00

  • Calculated upon checkout based on value

How much are shipping fees to international countries?

We currently offer International shipping for the following countries:

NOTE: Shipping fees will be higher for some larger items based on the quantity. Actual shipping fees will be calculated during the checkout.

International buyers are fully responsible for any additional fees imposed by customs, including tariffs and duties. Carrier delivery time may vary on the destination country. Sometimes it may take longer than normal delivery time due to reasons out of our control (such as package being held at customs for inspection). You MUST wait 35 business days before you can claim a lost package.

Do you ship to P.O. Box addresses?

Yes, we do ship to PO box. However, for the first 2 orders, we have to ship to your billing address.

My tracking information shows "Delivered" but I did not receive it. What should I do?

Please allow up to 2 Business Days for your package to arrive, as shipments may occasionally be scanned as delivered prior to actual delivery.

  • Check with staff, colleagues, or other recipients at your business location who may have accepted the package.

I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?

  • If you’ve just placed your order and haven’t received a shipping confirmation email yet, please contact us as soon as possible. You can reach us by phone or via chat on our website.

  • If your order has already been shipped, but has not been delivered yet, we can try to initiate a package intercept for you. Please be aware that there is a $25 fee for this service, and delivery may take an additional 3 to 5 business days after the original scheduled date.

Important Note: We suggest picking up the package at the provided shipping address if possible, as package intercept services can be quite expensive. Also, package intercept service may not be available depending on the shipment status.

Packages Successfully Delivered to the Address Provided at Checkout: If the shipping address was provided by your company at checkout and the carrier confirms successful delivery to that address, we are unable to issue a refund or replacement. In this situation, we recommend checking with your receiving department, colleagues, or neighboring businesses, as well as contacting your local post office or carrier representative to recover the package.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days upon receipt. There will be a 25% restocking fee unless items are defective. A 25% restocking fee will also be applied to all orders returned to our facility due to an insufficient or incorrect address provided by the customer at checkout. Returns/exchanges will not be accepted after 14 days.

You MUST contact us for a return authorization number before you return anything. Any return package without an authorization number will be refused.

All items MUST be in brand new condition, rings with tags attached. If the items have been worn or ring tags have been removed, returns/exchanges will not be accepted.

All shipping fees are non-refundable.

You are responsible for return shipping. If you return item(s) for an exchange, you will also be responsible for the shipping fee of the new item(s).

• We inspect each item carefully before shipping, however, if the item you received is defective, damaged, or incomplete upon arrival, please contact us within 7days upon receipt. A replacement/refund will be sent after the defective item is returned.

• Any lost or not received packages MUST be reported within 30 days of the date your order was shipped. All claims require a completed and signed claim form for processing. A refund or replacement can be requested 16 days after shipment for domestic orders and 32 days after shipment for international orders if your package has not been received.

• Misuse of our return policy may lead to account termination and denied future services.

• If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to claim, the buyer is responsible for all associated costs.

Order & Payment

How do I pay for my order?

We accept major credit and debit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Shop Pay, Amazon Pay and G Pay. We also accept a company check from U.S. customers only.

Why is my card charged more than one time for one order?

While it may appear that you have been charged more than one time for an order, the pending charges you noticed on your card are ONLY pre-authorization holds, no actual charges. Pre-authorization holds can remain on your account for 3-5 days and will automatically be removed from your bank.

Is it safe to use my credit card on your website?

Yes! We understand that the safety of your personal information is extremely important to you. When you make a purchase from us online, your card information is protected by one of the most widely used and trusted security systems on the Internet. Card transactions are encrypted with a 256-bit SSL certificate, and our website is scanned and tested daily for malware/viruses.

What should I do if I want to purchase an item that is sold out?

If you would like to purchase a style that is sold out, you can contact us to place a backorder. A minimum of 6 units per style and a 40% deposit are required in order for us to create the backorder.

Backorders generally take 6 to 8 weeks to fulfill. Once the backorder is ready to ship, you will receive an invoice for the remaining balance and shipping fee.

In the unlikely event of a delay, the buyer may cancel the order and request a refund of the deposit, but no late fee deductions will be offered.

Do you offer a volume discount?

Yes, we do. A discount will be applied automatically when the minimum order amount is met with no promotional code needed. Discounts do not apply to shipping fees.
